How can therapy help you?
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you tailor therapy to individual needs?
Every person is unique, and so is every therapy journey. I tailor therapy to your individual needs by listening carefully to your experiences, understanding what matters most to you, and working collaboratively to set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. We explore what approaches work best for you, at a pace that feels right, and adapt as we go along, so the support you receive is practical, relevant, and responsive to your life.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, needs, and the challenges you're working through. Some people notice meaningful change in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Together, we'll review your progress regularly and discuss what feels right for you, so therapy is flexible and tailored to your journey.
How long is each session?
A therapy session lasts 50 minutes. Please note that I currently only offer remote sessions.
Do you offer any affordability options for sessions?
Yes, I offer affordability options for clients where cost may be a barrier. Reduced session fees are available, and evidence of financial need will be required to access these rates. If you'd like to discuss this, we can explore what might work best for your situation in a confidential and supportive way.
